ヨウジヤマモト社のブランド「グラウンド ワイ（Ground Y）」が、アニメ「劇場版モノノ怪」とのコラボレーションアイテムを発売する。3月19日から3月25日にかけて伊勢丹新宿店で開催するポップアップストアで先行販売し、3月22日からGround Y直営店舗と公式オンラインストアで取り扱う。キーヴィジュアルには、モデルの雑賀サクラを起用した。

同コラボは、3月15日に公開される「劇場版モノノ怪 第二章 火鼠」の独創的な世界観をグラウンド ワイのフィルターを通して表現。火鼠や薬売りの天秤を鮮やかな総柄で表現したドレス（8万8000円）、作品の舞台である大奥や大広間、薬売りの姿をあしらったブラウス（8万3600〜8万5800円）、綿、和紙、シルクの素材を使用したロングブラウス（13万2000円）やフーディドレス （13万4200円）をラインナップする。また、伊勢丹新宿店、三越伊勢丹オンラインストア限定でモノノ怪ストライプを配したベレー帽（2万9700円）を展開する。
