「ロエベ パルファム（LOEWE Perfumes）」が、感覚を呼び覚ます新たな香りのキャンドル、「パロサント（Palo Santo）」（170g 1万4300円、610g 3万4100円）を発売した。

パロサントは、 唯一無二の植物の個性を香りで描きだすロエベ ホームセンツ（LOEWE Home Scents）コレクションに、奥行きと複雑さのある一章として加わった。シトラスの軽やかさも秘めた、やわらかくウッディ。アトラスシダーを基調とした、ウッディノートは、時の流れとともに、燻したようなスモーキーな余韻をやわらかく漂わせる。
この香りが描き出すのは、”インセンスツリー”とも呼ばれるユカタン半島原産のブルセラ・グラベオレンスが放つ、穏やかで深みのあるウッディノート。その香木であるパロサントは、邪気を払い幸運を招く神聖な木として、13世紀から焚かれ続けてきたという。
天然ワックスを使用したキャンドル容器は、艶やかなブラック釉薬仕上げのテラコッタで、底面にはLOEWEのアナグラムを刻んでいる。
