エルメスがミラノデザインウィークで新作ホームコレクションを発表、メゾンのルーツを感じるデザインも登場

「エルメス（HERMÈS）」が、ミラノデザインウィーク2023で新作ホームコレクションを発表した。
新作は、「アルカイズム、自然界からの活力、ミニマリズムの精神」に着想。エルメスの「素材へのこたわりの姿勢」や「ものづくりの本質」を表現したコレクションになっているという。木製フレームとレザーシートという1930年代に立ち返ったデザインのアームチェアや、ウール地のスラブキャンパス地にアウトラインにレザーのパイピングを施したソファ、ブランドのルーツである馬を思わせる、ピエール・シャルパンがデザインし、職人の手刺繍によって刺繍あしらわれたラグ、レザーとブロンズを組み合わせ、日本の伝統技術から生み出された色の「パティネ（古色）」のボックスなどが発表された。
