「シュタイン（stein）」が、ヴィジュアル・アイデンティティのリニューアルの一環として、2024年秋冬シーズンからブランド名を「シュタイン（ssstein）」に一新する。

デザイナーの浅川喜一朗は、原宿のセレクトショップ「ナナイチ」で経験を積む傍、独学で服づくりを学び、その後セレクトショップ「キャロル（CAROL）」をオープン。同時期の2016年にシュタインを設立した。シュタインでは、クラシカルながらジェンダーレスに着用できるメイドインジャパンにこだわったアイテムを展開している。
フランス・パリで4度目となる展示会を迎えるにあたり、今後のグローバルな展開を見据えたプロモーションの一環として、ブランドの顔となるロゴとブランド名を一新。古代ローマで静寂のしるしとして受け継がれている「S」を重ねることでブランドコンセプトである「静謐で凛とした静けさの中にある強さ・美しさ ミニマルでありエレガント」を表現したという。
2024年秋冬コレクションでは、「The power of tension」をシーズンテーマに、シンプルで控えめでありながら、より完璧で特別なメンズウェアのワードローブを追求したアイテムを展開。ファブリックとシェイプに着目し製作したブランドを代表するアイテムのフライトジャケットやスタジアムジャケット、コートなどのアウター類や、独自開発したシワにならない樹脂加工ウールを使用し縦糸を明るい色にすることで着込んだ風合いを演出したデニム、カシミヤやモヘヤにラメを混合したニットなどを取り揃える。
