創立180周年を迎えた「ロエベ（LOEWE）」が、「ロエベ 180 カプセルコレクション」と、レザーの卓越性と革新的なクラフトを称えるキャンペーンを発表した。ライオンのモチーフを取り入れたカプセルコレクションは、6月3日からロエベの店舗と公式オンラインストアで販売を開始する。

ロエベは、1846年にスペイン・マドリードで創業。ロエベ 180 カプセルコレクションでは、ロエベのヘリテージに遊び心と実験精神を融合する。手書き風の文字とともに、「LOEWE」がドイツ語でライオンを意味することに由来し、ライオンのモチーフをビーズ刺繍やレザーインターシャといった技術で表現。バッグ、革小物、ウェアをラインナップし、価格帯は7万8100〜117万1500円。
キャンペーンヴィジュアルは、写真家のタリア・チェトリット（Talia Chetrit）が撮影。グローバル ブランド アンバサダーのジュリア・ガーナー（Julia Garner）、ブランド アンバサダーのaespaのジゼル（GISELLE）、サルマ・アブ・ディフ（Salma Abu Deif）、カラ・ワイ（Kara Wai）のほか、俳優のシシー・スペイセク（Sissy Spacek）、アーティストのカラ・ウォーカー（Kara Walker）が出演している。
さらに、俳優のアントニオ・バンデラス（Antonio Banderas）のナレーションによるアニメーションフィルムを公開するほか、「180 Years of Craft」と題した出版物を「ロエベ マガジン Issue 11」の一部として発行。ロエベのアーカイヴを紹介するとともに、マドリードのアトリエの内部を公開し、特集では、初代「アマソナバッグ」を1970年代のスペインにおける社会的・政治的状況を背景に捉え直す。Issue 11と付属する別冊号は、6月15日からロエベの店舗と提携書店で無料配布する予定。
日本では、銀座の森岡書店で特別展示を開催。6月20日から28日まで、180年のロエベの歴史をたどるアーカイヴ写真を展示する。
